Roxanne's Bust

I managed to draw Roxanne's bust. If I recall, she's the Rustboro City gym leader and specializes in Rock-type Pokemon. In addition of Roxanne's gym leader duties, she heads a Pokemon school where students learn the art of battling Pokemon. There's an Albanian saying on the base. It reads 'Dashur Shkemb Nder Studente," meaining "the rock-loving honor student". Roxanne deserves her bust because she's a scholar. Enjoy!
